Last night it was Thai chili garlic noodles with chicken and broccoli ...

Also had garlic bread with it (I rarely have bread with dinner, but bought a loaf on a whim ), and a watermelon/peach/lime sour to drink. Homemade watermelon sorbet for dessert (I actually put a scoop of that in the whiskey sour too -- YUM!).

Happy belated birthday to your hubby!

Tonight it will be grilled shrimp scampi thrown on top of a large salad.

Well as much as I am always preaching about processed foods, and claiming we rarely eat them, I have to eat my words. We tried a sample of philly cheese sandwiches (frozen) at Sam's about a month ago and they were really good. I bought a box of them. That will be dinner tonight but I am adding a little extra cheese ad extra meat. I have steak left over from our Tri tip. To go with the sandwich we will have macaroni salad with lots of veggies in it.

I joined co-workers for Happy Hour at Birch Tavern and ordered one of their famous dawgs for dinner. I had the West Virginia Slaw Dawg tonight. Awesome!
