Tonight lightly seasoned and grilled Tilapia covered with diced zucchini, tomatoes, feta cheese and black olives in white wine sauce. Served with rice pilaf and sautéed vegetables. To drink Sauvignon Blanc. For dessert something real crazy tonight .
Vanilla ice cream served on top of crumbled chocolate cookie drizzled with warm bitter chocolate sauce and whipping cream and maybe some extra Schnapps poured over it.

Have a great weekend everyone.

We have Irma bearing down on us, but I think it will miss us for the most part. Anyway, I made a big pot of spaghetti sauce and extra pasta, so we can just warm it up if we're under limited power.

Met a friend at my favorite local restaurant earlier tonight. Enjoyed the complimentary home made & seasoned potato chips before the meal. Then enjoyed a 12 ounce hanger steak cooked medium with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Drank a craft beer I had never tried before and I forgot the name!
