I am making this tonight
Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream Recipe - Allrecipes.com
This is a standard in our house, one of my husband's favorites. The only thing I change is I use fresh basil instead of parsley.

I think we are on a similar wavelength. Tonight we are having grilled sirloins; grilled onion-potato-bacon skewers, asparagus with cheese sauce and more bacon, and a bottle of Malbec.

Leftover Lasagna (isn't that the reason to make lasagna?)

Spinach salad with shallots, sunflower seeds, and some sliced basil and peppers from the garden

It's alliteration night.

Last night of summer, thought we'd cook out and dine al fresco.

Choice of black bean or quinoa burgers, with melted sharp Vermont cheddar, and grilled red onions, grilled sweet corn, and a big tossed salad.

Mixed berry salad for desert with a dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt.

A cold Stella.
