only 4 more nights to clean out the fridge, so tonight is french dip sandwiches. they are philly cheese from Sam's but I add extra cheese, extra home cooked beef and home made dipping sauce. We will also have left over pasta salad I took to a luncheon yesterday and brought what was left home.
Probably a NY steak Alton Brown method in a cast iron skillet
side of green beans w/ mushroom shallots garlic red peppers and roasted jalapenos ( the other thread inspired me )
I might toss a few blended almonds into the mix as I never thought of adding those prior. Probably couple pieces fresh fried bacon broken up into the mix towards the end as well.
Tonight chicken tandoori with jeera basmati rice, saag paneer,cucumber/red chili raita, chapatis and a plate with red onion rings and tomato slices. To drink lassi, beer or water. For dessert later sooji halwa/semolina pudding with a cup of chai.
I have never been a fan of kielbasa. I grew up on linquica and chourico. I didn't try kielbasa until I was an adult, found it boring. My husband says it is because I never tried the "real" Polish kind he eats whenever he is working down in Connecticut. So grocery shopping I find this brand Janik Sausage |. Tonight my husband is grilling it up and we are putting it on a sub roll with sauerkraut. Hopefully it will be much better then the other I tried.

We ate a little early tonight, smothered pork chops (cream gravy with mushrooms & onion) and steamed Brussels sprouts.
