I am going with salmon and shrimp over ramen noodles, roasted brussel sprouts and waldorf salad. We are still waiting for some winter weather here, but it is not nearly as cold as Dec 1st usually is.
We have company for dinner tonight. I’m preparing:
Breadsticks, olives, cashews, hummus and carrots with choice of drinks for coctails
Artisan lettuce salad with cranberries, tiny tomatos, asparagus tips, in balasmic vinegrette dressing
Chicken alfredo with mushrooms and fresh pasta
Skinny green beans
Garlic baked baguette
Slivers of turtle cheesecake and pumpkin pie w/optional whipped cream
