I can't even think about eating breakfast until I've been awake for at least 2 hours. I have a cup of coffee or tea with cream first thing, breakfast about 9 a.m., lunch around 1-2 and dinner between 5:30-7:00 p.m. depending on how hungry I am. I'm not super regimented about food; I eat when I'm hungry but I never eat anything for at least 3 hours before bedtime.

I haven't had regular mealtimes since my son was in school. I eat when I get hungry.

First five hours upon waking are no foods.
Usually on hour six I have a light lunch.
Soup or half a sandwich

Late dinner ..around 7 ish.
Bedtime is warm milk and raisins or plums.

I eat to sustain...used to love to eat...now I have to remind myself to eat. It's that double edge sword. Tired of appearing overweight...so I lost all the weight and now can't bring myself to gain any...for if I do...I get depressed..vicious cycle.

I and my husband are one of those sorts that awaken sort of green . He gets better , I stay queasy until about noon . Always have probably always will. I snack sparingly and my husband being dutch only sees food as fuel so we are VERY light eaters . Due to his culture and my stomach problems if I eat its small and no later than 6 pm .

Light breakfast around 9-9:30AM. Lunch 1:30PM. (biggest meal of the day), afternoon tea at 4 , then light dinner or just salad or fruit after work. No meals or snacks in between.

Breakfast: approx 8:00, around an hour after the first cup of coffee.
Lunch: between 12 and 1:30
Dinner: If we're at home, dinner is always at 6:30. Right after Jeopardy.

One thing I see that makes me happy is that I prefer dinner after at least 6:30 and my husband has complained for YEARS that I'm not "normal" for eating that late. Now I know I'm NOT ALONE!!!! Thank you!!!!
