sorry about the diagnosis. my prayers are with you. I would suggest eggs in the morning, the pasta carb-type things and make some fruit smoothies with protein powder. I would definitely focus on better quality foods, not pizza and fast food!

Butter, cheese, ice cream, sour cream... a diet of pizza with extra cheese and baked stuffed potatoes. Prime rib and eat all the fat. Fried chicken and don't forget to eat the skin.

Sorry to hear about your sister.

Just go on a low fat diet. Then go off. Then go on again. Then off.

Nothing works to put weight on more quickly than yo yo dieting.

That's the truth.

Works every time.

Lots of Pasta with cheese,
ice cream, malt is high in fat (think whoppers or chocolate malts from Dairy Queen)
Fast food will add the pounds on too, just try to keep it on the "healthy" side (chicken, fish)
Lots of breads too, doughnuts and bagels

Sorry.

Nuts are definitely very high in calories, with macademia nuts topping the list.
