Popped a pan of lasagna from the deep freezer into the oven and made a small amount of sauce to go with. The lasagna was the second pan we made a month or so ago, specifically to freeze for a quick meal later on.
Last night's dinner the husband made. He made an arugula, feta, watermelon salad with a lime-raspberry dressing.
Baked potatoes, we olive oil them, sprinkle sea salt and bake them.
And the rack of lamb seared, slathered in mustard and rolled in a mix of bread crumbs, fresh rosemary and salt and pepper. This is right before it goes in the oven.
Today is my wedding anniversary. We have been together 19 years, married for 14 of those. I think we will go out for pizza with our boys tonight for a small family celebration.
Tonight noodle casserole with a mixed garden salad. To drink Perrier water with a lemon wedge. For dessert chocolate mousse with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center.
