Oven-baked skinless chicken thighs stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and fresh basil leaves. Spinach salad with tomatoes from the garden, and baby red potatoes oven-baked with herbs and olive oil. This is fancier than I usually cook but felt like doing something different...

I work in a small office so one of my clients who owns a pizzeria came in with a variety of pizza slices. My boss told me to take it home and enjoy. I'll have that and my DH will have BBQ chicken thighs and left over pasta with veggies. He's not a huge fan of pizza and the crust has sesame seeds on it he and can't have that. I promise I won't eat it all. LOL.

110-degrees w/heat index, just like most of the country, so lighter is better... 2 turkey b'kfast links & 2-3 egg yolks with an espresso or 2. Later, IPA & a nectarine.

Have a good weekend, All.
Happy Canada Day, Alm.

Teriyaki meatballs and rice. Strawberry Lemonade.

Might do dessert tonite - couple scoops of salted caramel gelato

I finally came up with a plan, since we still aren’t hungry yet.
Eventually....lamb patties, mint jelly, corn on the cob and strawberry shortcake.
