We have manlet tonight, so I am going to make tatertot casserole (was going to make before, but never did).
Completely unhealthy even with the veggies I will put in it, but I suspect it will be enjoyed.

In Nebraska... 12" BMT from Subway on their new sunflower seed bread. I rarely eat any kind of fast food, so they get a kick out of me when I come in, cuz I just say "surprise me" to everything they ask, from what kind of bread to which kind of mustard. I also never eat processed meat, save for being on the road, so the surprise sandwiches are always nice & I don't know the difference between one kind of cheese or meat & the other... they all just taste salty & processed.
That & a vat of Starbucks coffee was dinner. I only eat while driving, so I don't lose time stopping... & my car seat & floor are loaded with the crumbs & witch's brew splashes to prove it.
well we will see how today goes: our plans to grill last night didn't go too well. the rain scared our grill away so we couldn't do our thighs on the grill. I had to do them on the stove. Today, it is another day of errands so I will keep dinner simple: we are having chicken wings in the air fryer, packaged kale salad and acorn squash. I can't see anything that could go wrong with this meal, right?
