Grill sampler - small pork chops, beef sliders with cheddar, local brats. Big salad and fresh crunchy flat bread.

Grilled marinated Halibut with shrimp salad, Bobby Flays Grilled Artichokes with mayo garlic spice sauce and homegrown heirloom tomatoes, basil, garlic, mozzarella and olive oil. A really good meal!

Thank you! It will be difficult on Keto because of the pasta. To lower carbs, I sometimes serve marinara with meatballs and no pasta.

Today we did a day trip up to Kittery Maine. We spent the day at an old fort/park overlooking Portsmouth, NH, right on the water. We grilled up some cheeseburgers and ate watermelon. I'm stuffed!

First of all: YUM!!! That looks delicious and fun, fun, fun! Was that near the Navy Yard?

Secondly: Please tell me that you also went to Lil's Cafe, where their chocolate croissant is to die for and their almond croissant is... no words for it; it's beyond incredible.

Thirdly: If you're still there and want pizza, please go to When Pigs Fly. It's amaaazing!

Lastly: I had some tuna and rye crisps. Yeah, I know how to have a good time.

Yummy menus everyone! Some of you have some interesting ingredients around your house.

DH found sweet corn from Indiana this afternoon. Usually we wait for homegrown but he thought to buy a dozen. Ten dollars they charged him. But as the first taste of summer is, it was good.

He brought some nice sweet radishes home from the Farmers market. All the rain is making good radishes anyway. Tomorrow I'll make one of his favorite cole slaw dishes. Slaw, radishes, green onions and celery. You serve it warm with a sweet/sour bacon dressing.

I had a leftover grilled shrimp taco that I put in the toaster oven. DH microwaved some taquitos.
Lemonade to drink.
