Son is back over for dinner tonight, this time with his girlfriend (we like her very much!). So, his requests tonight were burgers on the grill with all the fixings, mac and cheese (again?!), a giant Italian salad, and tiramisu.
Tonight - a spicy Eggplant, cauliflower and chickpea curry, served over quinoa, topped with avocado chunks, and red cabbage and beet kraut. To drink - a chilled Lagunitas IPA.
