It depends on the tea. The chart I posted show some black teas have the same amount of caffeine as green tea.

Then if you need to reduce caffeine, then those particular black teas might be an option.

I have been under the impression, that green tea had less caffeine. I see that the the top number for green tea is smaller than the top number of black tea. So, some green teas have less caffeine than some blacks?

My suggestion was on reducing caffeine. Many times caffeine levels are shown or listed on the tea’s packaging. If someone cannot have any caffeine, I suspect that herbal tisanes might be better choices.

Rooibos is not actual tea, but I imagine is brewed like tea is. Rooibos has no caffeine?

Isn't it easier to just by Decaffe tea? or is the kind you like not available in Decaffe.
