Or, you could ditch the drug (yup, that'd be caffeine). I remember those days of needing my "fix" to get going in the morning, to be productive, then coming down and needing another "fix" to come back up.. rinse and repeat a few times each day. It was a rough few months getting off the addiction but I can Easily say it was a decision that's made my life better.
My alternative, if anyone's interested, is to eat a big, fat and protein laden breakfast. I'm instantly energized and have sustained energy all day long. Big change from not being able to eat before noon or else I'd get physically ill, but, again, one of the larger positive life changes I've managed in my life.
What about those caffeine pills? Have that with a glass of water.
Good suggestion. Eschew the plastic bottle.
