Enoki mushrooms, not an ingredient I want to "try", more like get again.
I remember they had a nice light crunch and sweet taste. They made a great addition to a salad.

I haven't seen them around in any of my local stores in 2-3 yrs.

Looks like I still wont be seeing them for a while.

I just bought a bottle of lavender syrup. Can't wait to try it in lemonade, maybe a fruity tea, and maybe added to vanilla frosting for a white cake, dunno need to experiment with it.

Hearts of palm - Got some from Costco because I never had them before. That particular jar was in a pickle-like marinade. I cut a piece up & put them in this salad roll I made. It was OK. I don't have to get them again.

Dragonfruit - Bought 1 the other day for the 1st time. I have to look up how they're supposed to taste because when I ate it, they don't really have any flavor & not very sweet. I like mangos & kiwis much better.

OK, glad I'm not the only one who says they taste like that. Yeah, I've tried a starfruit yrs ago, but too many years ago to remember what it tasted like.
