I don't eat it nearly as often enough but when the first weeks of Covid started to create panic with people I believe (in my area) not many people knew what quinoa or even chickpea flour were. I bought some because a lot of the shelves were empty and I do like quinoa and chickpea (or chana) flour and have been chipping away slowly at my lovely dry storage.

I trust Costco and Trader Joes. I wonder if Amazon has a good choice or selection also as it seems easy to order right to your door.

I found another brand by Minute. It's red and white quinoa, organic, and cooked already. You heat it up in a minute. It's not as good as my favorite brand, but good in a pinch.
