What are you serving for the 4th of July (rum, hamburger, mushrooms)

BBQ goat is my go-to 4th of July entree.

Ribeyes, Cole slaw, baked sweet potatoes with sweet-spiced compound butter, heirloom tomato salad, and strawberry boston cream cake.

I'm doing beer brats with onions and peppers in the crockpot, with all of the fixins. We're also having potato salad, chips, and baked beans. Dessert is banana pudding.

It might just be hubby and I so I plan to make pasta salad, maybe some potato salad and skirt steak.

Nobody coming, so we’ll just have some picnic food. Burgers, or hotdogs, salads and deviled eggs.

Pulled pork barbecue, jerked chicken, dirty rice, collard greens, coleslaw and baked beans. Dessert is an apple tart with vanilla ice cream.

My husband buys turkey sausage and uses them sliced w/ dishes. I like the Feta cheese sausage the best.

Schlotzky's sandwiches, potato salad, fruit and cheese tray with multigrain flax crackers, chips and dips, pickles, olives, and peppers, cookies, lemon chess pie, and dried fruit & nut loaf (trail mix cake).

The kids can ride the atv’s

The ladies will bring sides and desserts
I’ll treat the main course

I am putting together fruit kabobs and charcuterie kabobs( on a skewer) every one likes these

We will also target practice some rifles ... no one is going to
