The problem I see, is that you have access to healthier inexpensive items in the EUROPEAN UNION.
So, it is easier to be frugal & on a budget over there.
If I am not mistaken, the EU does not allow a lot of the GMO'S, hormones, additives, chemicals, preservatives, JUNK that are prevalent in American ingredients, products, dairy, food, etc. etc.
I think it is crazy that American companies have 1 standard for what they sell in the US (what they can get away with
), compared to what they ship to the EU & Japan (they also have higher standards).
So, being frugal in the US, can cost a lot later on (health wise).
