We had a fabulous dinner at our friends home Fri. night of h/m Southern pulled pork and h/m slaw. She didn't do E. NC bbq which uses a vinegar base but Virgina and Tn. sweet bbq sauce. Simply easy and delicious, that is what we had for lunch today, bbq pork sandwiches on hamburger buns topped with slaw, and a large glass of Pellegrino with fresh lemon. Awesome
