Plans changed. Leftovers from last nights supper. Potato salad, coleslaw, and some mojo chicken.


Edit: I changed my mind once in the kitchen. Made a BBQ Bean salad with jalapenos. Need to clear my head.

It's so hard to justify cooking when I can get lunch/dinner for DH and me for under $5. And when it's walking distance, you can almost rationalize the hot dog or pizza..

Went to Mom & Dad's for Sunday dinner (or lunch for some)...

pot roast & gravy, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, mac & cheese, baby lima's, fresh slice tomatoes, homemade biscuits and strawberry cake (Mom likes to cook)

Needless to say I only had one meal today!
