I had very nice corned beef, with braised cabbage, and red potatoes, washed down with sweetened apple blossom tea at Memphis Championship Barbecue here in Las Vegas, NV.
Breakfast burrito made with Jimmy Dean sausage, scrambled eggs cooked with onion and tomatoes, few shakes of Frank's red hot, and a little cheddar cheese........mmmmmmmm.......made one for tomorrow too!
