Since I"ll be running errands all day and will likely need to eat lunch in between here and there.... I'm thinking I will be very bad for lunch today and eat something from a fast food joint... something I rarely do, maybe only once a month or less.... but if I happen to be in the right place at the right time, I sure would like to go to Chick Fil'A for a chicken sandwich & slaw & lemonade! Sounds good right now, we'll see how it sounds in 107f temps! eeeekkkk!!!
Thin sliced hickory bbq pork loin. Best I have ever done. Made sandwiches on whole grain bread with bread and butter pickles. Perfect lunch for brewing up a nap.
