hey nomad , i had one of those without the L ....lol actually i had tomato sammich with a plate of bacon on the side.

I did something right even if it was wrong cause I got a blt with sweet onion on a crusty sub roll...Now that's a lunch.

I went to Cracker Barrel and had a Meatloaf Sandwich on Sourdough Bread with Fries and Coleslaw. That is a good lunch!

I had matzoh ball soup with noodles...and half a corned beef sandwich on rye

I made a salad sandwich with lettuce tomato cucumber sliced onion grated cheese grated carrot and beetroot...had no meat to put on it but didn't need it because it was just delicious

I made a pretty good chicken tetrazinni for me and the family unit.
