Just made myself a blended smoothie with soy milk, plain lowfat yogurt, frozen organic strawberries that I picked back in June, and some ground flax seed. I used it to wash down several vitamins.
Almost as good as ice-cream. Since I really cut the bad stuff out of my diet, I have to admit I feel so much better. And I'm looking better in my jeans, too! Well they fit better, at least.
Way too healthy for the day after Thanksgiving, but if looking better in the jeans, may be okay....no...want turkey, stuffing, cranberries, gravy...pie....
