I'm impressed! It said I'm a Creative Cook! Here's what it said:

Your cooking is unusual, inspired, and definitely one of a kind. People love your unique style, but you've had your share of kitchen flops.
You have the makings of a cult chef. You may not cook at the Four Seasons, but you could have your own little funky cafe in San Francisco!

It's a silly quiz. I have a shelf full of cookbooks. Gave away a shelf full. The best starter cookbook I ever owned is McCalls. I still refer to it for basics and new ideas. One of my favorite cookbooks I purchased on a trip to Louisiana was The Little New Orlean's Cookbook. Cooking is trial and error and spreading your wings. You will learn in time to look at a recipes and know whether it is something you like. You'll make failures and you'll create a masterpiece and evertually find a niche where you are compfortable,

When I was younger I did a lot of gourmet cooking with butter an ceam, and I did a lot of experimenting. When my spouse go sick I learned to cook heart healthy and use fat free skim milk in a hurry. Now because I can't see to read a recipe my food is pretty basic. I will say one thing, if I did not have the years of experience with top chefs, I would be in a pickle today trying to cook anything for any one. It is a daily challenge, We never know whot path life will send us down.

If you wnat to cook well, you will learn. If you do not want to cook you will marry a man that does. I know a couple of women who did that and they are both happy. .
