That's exactly what I do. I am living on the edge, like you said, so don't rock my world too hard or I may tumble!!! Just for that, I am going to peel the labels off the cans in the pantry. Dinner should really be a surprise!

Here's a picture of dinner. Sorry that the colors are so off. I took it from my CrackBerry.

ROAD TRIP!!!

To all participants,

Please have your permission slip (read waiver for any actions that might embarrass or land us in jail) signed and ready to go. If I do not see the signature, you WILL NOT get on the van.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

P.S. We are limited to two crock pots in the van due to it's high amperage output.

P.S.S. Please label all your Tupperware too when we go and raid the buffet. All unlabeled Tupperware becomes mine. I am warning you ahead of time. If I am driving - I set the rules!

I'm bringing gallon size zip-locks too!

I need Elston's chops recipe - any help in finding it would be sooooo welcomed!

You are very close. She made potato soup (the non-creamy kind) for lunch yesterday. She drains most of the liquid, gives them a rough mash and then adds the egg and into the frying pan they go.

The cooler is all set up in the garage. Sorry Kats, Lacey, George has to p/u Kats before getting me. I have the eggplant parm for anyone who want it, and on a whim I made up mussels marinara, crusty bread and just for the heck of it baked oysters, with bacon and Guerere cheese. Anyone bringing a portable microwave. George you do have the outlet where the cigarette lighter should be right. I have my permission slip all signed, so excited, I am packing the Pellegrino now. Yippee!! We can pick up Tirmasu on the way. Well, I have to get a shower and go sleepy nights, big big road trip tomorrow.
Hey, I am the navigator, did anyone make hotel reservations?

See you all in the morning. kelsie

Tomorrow nights dinner, crashing Lacey's rehearsal dinner in-----

Ok guys don't forget to jump the TN border and pick me up. I have lots of food, lol.

Dinner plans changed again! DH had hot dogs and beans per request. I ate too many snacks today and I almost blew my calorie count. I had to have a lone Boca burger and green beans. I have about 100 calories left before the night is over. It's either carrots with cinnamon or pumpkin puree with whipped cream. I hate when I cut my calories so close.
