I like to say that there is nothing I will not eat, but I will not eat a bowl of junk cereal. I do eat, regularly, plain old unadulterated flakes made from wheat, and shredded wheat is OK, but that's it. I'll skip breakfast or eat a slice of white bread, before I'll eat cereal from a box with a cartoon character on it, or any cereal made from rice or corn.

I used to have three favorites that are, sadly, long gone: CW Post (sort of a granola concoction), Team Flakes, and Post Oat Flakes.

Try Target. I could swear I saw them there not too long ago. I want to say it was Kellog's Bran Flakes. I could be wrong, but I have seen them somewhere recently.

I love Cheerios, Life Cereal, and (haven't eaten it in ages) Fruity Pebbles.

There was another "Rice Krispies" kind of cereal in the 60s that I sorely missed, but they stopped making it. It had an Asian kid figure on the box - does anyone remember that cereal?

Grape Nuts and milk with no sugar added, I can't stand sweet cereal at all.
