As long as your getting enough exercise to burn off the extra calories...no issues. Not bad to check your blood pressure and cholesterol though. That stuff sneaks up on you once you hit 30.

We did have a discussion at Weight Watchers class last week about Taco Bell and the lecturer said that Taco Bell was one of the reasons she had gained 60 unnecessary pounds and ended up at WW. So.....be careful. All that fast food eating will catch you!
When I was on WW I didn't eat at TB for a long time. I just didn't trust myself. I don't eat there often now but if I am eating at a fast food place, it will be TB before McD's or the others (although I prefer Del Taco to TB, there just isn't one HERE!). I can at least get something not fried and without meat.

When I did eat there on WW, I would get a bean burrito, no cheese, plus lettuce and tomatoes and onions, with red and green sauce. Fiber is your friend when you are trying to lose weight.

Refried beans are NOT your friends...Boraccho beans if anything. I would think a steady diet at Taco Bell would require that you get an oil pump hooked up to yourself just to circulate your blood......

Anyone got any input on the relative healthiness for Taco Bell type joints Vs. McDs type?

Yes, it is. You are making a false statement about another poster, and it does nothing to add to the discussion of the topic at hand. Stop with the name calling.
