I don't know--I need to go to the store and pick up something. I pulled hamburgers out, but I doubt they'll be thawed by the time I want to eat them.

Yes, I could put them in the microwave and thaw them...even can lower the power setting, but I'm always concerned that that method cooks them a little.

We are having cornish hens cooked in the rotisserie, fresh pole- beans out of the garden, baked potato, and rolls.

change of plans, gonna let the beef stew do it's thing in the crock pot and we'll have hamburgers & hotdogs on the grill instead. i forgot the potato puffs

spagetti and side salad. Cherry pie for dessert

Enjoyed the balloon show this morn but balloons went other way~ hopefully tommorow morning they will come my way. This is first time to see Colorado balloon classic but nieghbors say most years balloons come right across our house

Massive round steak wrapped in foil salt & peppered and Garlic powder added. Cooked in oven. Pulled out cubed up thrown in small frying pan with can of rotel and some of it's own juices. Boiled about 15 minutes . Rice and Charro Beans on the side!! Nice!!

We had chicken cutlets w/hot sauce and I had some leftover fried rice so I heated up that with it. Then we went to Dunkin Donuts and had coffee watching the boaters.
