Leftover ... whatever this is. I made a salad of chopped BBQ chicken, red beans, black beans, corn, red onion, shredded carrots, and chopped romaine. Little bit of thousand island dressing to bind it.
Leaf lettuce with chopped tomato, olive oil and rice vinegar on top, plus a little freshly-shaved Parmesan. Plus, a grilled tuna steak with a little lime juice and a smidge of soy sauce.
Jumbo hot dog on a steak roll with chopped onions and yellow mustard (absolute perfection ). Coke with lots of ice.
