My lunch is in 3 parts today...

At 10:30 I had a kiwi and almonds.
At 1:00 I'll have a roast beef sandwich with mustard and mayo on potato white bread.
At 2:30 I'll have an apple and a bag of chips.

Yay for eating healthy!

I just ate linguine w/ white clam sauce and a squeeze of lemon and a container of Oikos honey greek yogurt. Half a glass of Chard too.

Leftover lemon-thyme roasted potatoes and a two-egg omelet with cheese and sauteed swiss chard. Then, I'm going to make a chocolate fudge cake to take to a party tonight. Think anybody will notice if I snitch a piece before the party?
