A smoothie I made with an apple, banana, frozen blueberries, flax seeds, coffee flavored soymilk & some protein powder to help keep me full. Yum! Oh and of course ice cubes.

DewDropInn then immediately left the food forum because reading about homemade buttermilk waffles was just too much.

I just had a wonderful breakfast!

I sliced up avocados and tomatoes for a side with scrambled eggbeaters, herbed fresh goats cheese and roasted onions.

I've got coffee and pomegranate juice to drink.

It's sunny and snowy outside; there's a fire in the fireplace; all's right in my world.
