Buffalo chicken cutlets sounds delicious-how do you make them?

Sirloin tips over fresh linguine, green beans and pickled beets. Walked right by the brownie mix and didn't grab a box thus no dessert.

Penne pasta with chorizo sausage, onion, fresh spinach, peas and bacon bits. First brown the onion, then chorizo and bacon, then add 1/2 cup white wine and the rest and cook on "low". When the pasta is done, add it to the other ingredients and add some heavy cream to incorporate.
Note that mushrooms should be in this dish, but I forgot to get them. This is another 15 minutes dish.

I began with a dirty martini using two jalapeno stuffed olives. Dinner was a small salad of spinach, fresh basil, oyster mushrooms, forced hard boiled egg, red onion, crumbled bacon and blue cheese, dressed with olive oil and tarragon vinegar followed by a medium sized piece of choice beef grilled on the stove, some hash browns with shredded cheese, onion, jalapeno, and some crumbled bacon, with a modest cab. I am now enjoying the last drink of the evening, a light highland 10 year old single malt.

I have to ditto that, SophiaLee's meal sounds wonderful!

Tonight's dinner is Pan-fried pork chops which have been marinating in soy/worcestershire. Probably steamed cauliflower on the side.

Mint-chip ice cream for dessert!
