Either bread or the onion and garlic....both would be good! I will say I'm not big on those candles or air "fresheners" that smell like food....if it's the real thing - yum...otherwise, not so much.
If I walked in to my house & smelled something cooking I wouldn't care what it was. I would be too busy doing the happy dance because someone else was making dinner.
if house smelled of either garlic or smoke I'd leave!
Bread for me too.
Garlic is repulsive. I would reach for the air freshener. LOL
