My favorite is a juicy cheeseburger medium rare with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup and a sliced pickle on a kaiser roll. Please make sure my cheese is melted and not a cold slice thrown on my hot burger.

If I go for the dogs I like a kosher all beef hot dog like Hebrew National, Sabrett, or Nathans with ketchup, mustard, and either relish or Bavarian kraut.

Definitely a hamburger if my options are hot dog or burger. If you throw bratwurst in there, things get more complicated...

Seems like a lot of people like rare meat, personally I like to know it's dead, but hey to each his own.
