I just recently bought the Boston Cream Pie B&J and it was darn near sublime...

Well since I love white chocolate macadamia cookies (underbaked) I'd take some of those underbaked cookies, crumble them up a bit, swirl them into some French vanilla ice cream along with a slightly salty, rich fudge sauce.

I would call it "Hawaiian Beach Blonde"...

Now I'll have to try the Boston Cream Pie. Didn't even know it existed.

Cinnamon Hot, made with cinnamon imperials

Disaronno Delight- Ice cream made with real amaretto liquor and some sort of fruit, maybe cinnamon spice pears or apples?

French vanilla ice cream with pieces of pound cake and lemon bits - Yellow Brick Road

Peach ice cream with peach bits and ground vanilla beans - Peaches and Herb (vanilla is a herb)

A mixture of mutli colored sprinkles, yellow cake pieces, chocolate ice cream and raspberries -
