I just recently bought the Boston Cream Pie B&J and it was darn near sublime...
Well since I love white chocolate macadamia cookies (underbaked) I'd take some of those underbaked cookies, crumble them up a bit, swirl them into some French vanilla ice cream along with a slightly salty, rich fudge sauce.

I would call it "Hawaiian Beach Blonde"...
Now I'll have to try the Boston Cream Pie. Didn't even know it existed.
