A neighbor told me he paid $44.00 for a pie to give his g/f and she became addicted. Knowing that I bake pies, asked if I would be his supplier at a more reasonable rate.

So after getting over the silliness, I looked it up and found that Martha Stewart had a video of Momofuku's Crack Pie and I guess CNN's Anderson Cooper said he and his mom are addicted to it too.

I haven't made it yet, but it looks like you make a pan oatmeal cookie, crumble it, and use it for the crust. Then pour a very rich custard over it and bake.

I'll assume you can pronounce 'crack' and that you mean the name of his Milk Bar, Momofuku. ' mo-mo-foo-koo'

David Chang is the Korean American Chef, and is known for his
Momofuku Noodle Bar, Momofuku Ko and Momofuku Ssäm Bar in New York City. Chang was also listed on the 2010 list of the Time 100 Most Influential People

Momofuku was the inventor of instant noodles, like Ramen

A friend of mine in Los Angeles made it and said it looks ugly but it tastes INCREDIBLE!

ETA: I believe she also said that it doesn't hold together well at all, and just ends up being a pile of mush on your plate. But it's so yummy that nobody even notices.

It sounds like they got the idea from a Little Debbie oatmeal cream pie.
