I was excited when this car was first announced, until I saw the price tag.

I was really hoping it would have turned out to be a 40-60k car that enthusiasts could afford. Man, would I love to have one. Even with a low end v8, 350hp, fine with me. The thing screams cool. I wish more auto makers would have done their "throwbacks" in this fashion.

They are outta their minds on pricing. It's a status thing, that's all. For a third of that price you can take your pick from several high performance rides. Just another rich boy toy. I will say it looks pretty sweet, but nothing near it's cost.

Ha ha, if I take an old mustang, slap a challenger front end on it, and shove a ZR1 engine in it, I can sell it for 250k.
