9 months people, and the short sale is still going on, if they are so incompetent with this, you can only imagine how they are with everything else.

Were you able to actually buy the property? I'm asking because we put in an offer about 2 weeks ago on a house that is with them, which the buyer accepted, but I realize that Sun Trust has to approve it.

No, we ended up walking from the house it was approved 10 months after the offer, but by then the house wasnt worth as much so we walked....Your in for a loooong haul....Let me know if it starts getting crazy long I have the VP's phone number somewhere that I can give you I called him about the offer and time it had taken and it was approved in 3 days...But we still walked ...
