Angry Serious warning and advice from a new resident

Unfortunately Symphony Management, LLC which oversees City Center & Village Green apartments, The Tides, The Breezes & Castlewood townhomes is indeed a corrupt organization with an owner who hides behind the title of head manager. I'd advise anyone who is currently a resident and living with insect infestations, maintenance issues that never quite seem to get resolved or threats by management that they may enter your apartment whenever they wish for no reason whatsoever WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT to contact the Florida Landlord/Tenant Law Division of Consumer Services for referral to FREE legal assistance services and instructions on how to file an on-line complaint. (Division of Consumer Services Homepage, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (http://www.800helpfla.com - broken link)) If enough complaints are received the Consumer Services Division will be forced to investigate Symphony Management, LLC so as to provide relief to current residents who are currently living in unbearable situations as well as being treated unjustly as per Florida State Statues regarding landlord/tenant rights and responsibilities. If you don't bother to report unfair practices and unhealthy living conditions you can best believe that no one else is going to do it for you ... take a stand for your rights!!! Lastly, for those of you who have not already entered into a lease agreement with Symphony Management, LLC it would be in your best interest to speak to a few of the current residents in the various communities to understand in depth the overall dissatisfaction felt by current tenants.
