Is Harbor Inn apartment complex in coral springs a good place to live? I've seen some mixed reviews and can not decide on whether to move there or not. The rent is $929 for a 1 bedroom apt., which is one of the lowest rents in coral springs, but I'm a bit hesitant. It has a 73% recommendation rate on "ApartmentRatings.com" but it has a few bad reviews which concern me a bit, and now i don't know if the good reviews are just the management trying to raise their rating. can anyone please help me out? thanks.

hi, thanks a lot for your response. it eases my stress a bit. I think i might end up renting in these apartments, so i will let you know (if you want or anyone else who sees this thread for that matter.) how it goes for me. Also, i'd appreciate if you ask your friend about the management and maintanance staff, and the conditions of the apartments (inside), it would at least prepare me mentally before i move there.

Hey,
Just wondering if you went ahead with the move and how you find this place?

Yes, I did end up moving there. I've been living at Harbor Inn for a year and a half now. My apartment is alright. no roach problem or anything, although I wouldn't know about any of the other apartments. The community is really quiet and friendly. I would recommend moving here although they did increase rent for 1 bedroom apartments to $1009-1059 or something like that. Hope this helps.

Although this thread is a little aged, I wanted to add to it. I currently reside in Harbor Inn apartments for over a year now. I will say that the complex itself is nice and quiet, the office staff is friendly and from my experience they work with you. I haven’t had any major maintenance issues thus far but any issues I had, were addressed in a timely manner. The apartments have recently been renovated and in my opinion the quality of the new cabinets and construction is not as good as you would want it to be, I had an entire shelf fall down and all my bowls were broken. The shelves aren’t secured in into the cabinets; they sit on a peg that easily falls out. The security gate works when it wants to so between that and they way people park their cars is probably my only gripes.
I hope this helps any potential newcomers to Harbor Inn apartments.
