There is a rather large Kings Point in Delray Beach. I think off Atlantic Av west of Jog Road. They actually use full-size transit-style buses as their shuttles, same kind that PalmTran uses!

Any nice senior communities in Broward or Dade? Under $150 or $200 thousand preferred.
Move up in the TB area. Less densely populated, but lots to do. Nice 55+ community with tons of amenities, nice professional retired folks that do a lot together (if you wish) or if you prefer to be alone and hang out at the clubhouse, pool, fitness room, that's okay too.
Valencia Lakes in Tampa, Florida - A GL Homes Community GL Homes has a few communities on the East Coast (DelRay) but the homes are more expensive from what I hear.
