I worked as a bartender for spring break 1984, but only for a few months due to an accident. So I would not know you...

Man, that 84 was the best...and the last real good one.

Totally incredible. I still remember the smell of beer...and those crazy contests. And just crazy times. The best of times.

I used to work wit ha guy named Vaugn Moderator cut: too much info who bragged regularly and told great stories about being a Bartender at the Button and the Elbow room in 1970-1973. He alos claimed to be a lifeguard in the 70's right across the street. He said he lived in an apartment right on A1A whereby he would step out his front door and the the next step was on the sidewalk right next to where the Doubletree is now next to the parking lot where the Button was..

Me, I'm one of the Original Spring Breakers from the 60's.
Born, raised and grew up .. not more than a couple of miles from the strip.
I knew most of the drink slingers at The Button and Elbow Room.

Default Barbacked Spring Break 1986

I bar backed with Chris Sako and Artie (I think that was his name). Some of the bartenders were, Hawaiian, Bill, Brett, Ray, Tony (bouncer/bartender, Beth Dorfman (waitress) , Lori (door) Susan Pape (door) Andy,..Managers were Vinnie and Mike..I remember those 16 hour days and coming home to a shoe box full of tips. Also remember cleaning up between parties and finding $20-$60.00 on the floor..Some of the best times in my life..Where the hell does time go?

Hi, I worked the front door for quite a few years, from 82 on. Worked with Pete, Brad, Sam, Dan and Wes (Mr. cutty Sark). Some of the bartenders where Mike, Gregg, Dale, Rick, Pines. remember hawaiann and trotter working as barbacks. The best years of my life. Will never forget it. To many people to list, the stories I remember, people still have a hard time believing them. By the way, I'm Bryan Moehlenkamp, you can [mod]DM me[/mod]
