Ok...so on another thread we got to talking and decided it would be a good thing to take this show on the road....Right now, the sign-ons are me, harttogo & bocamom.

We're thinking bar, but certainly flexible if people would prefer coffee. Right now, we're trying to decide where location-wise so we can zero in on restaurant.....

So, Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, Las Olas, Weston, Riverwalk, Boca (threw that in there for you, bocamom) or any other suggestions? Any specific restaurant ideas?

This will be fun!

now i am really curious. . .

I vote for Brother Tucker's on Atlantic in Pompano.

Belgian beer on tap and "home" cooked food. . different specials every week. . . steve is a great cook. . . and they do have coffee, soda, etc. . . Only open Thurs-Sun 3-whenever. . .

I always get whatever soup he's making. It is always world class (except the cold blueberry ginger soup but a great cook has got to take risks and everyone else liked it)

Sounds like a plan. The blueberry ginger soup sounds awesome to me. When are we doing this?

Can I come too? I'm in Tamarac so Atlantic Blvd would be close for me. Because of a serious back injury, I've been house-bound lately so I'd love to venture out to meet new people. I don't post much on this part of CD so I'll understand if you only want regulars at the gathering. Take care everyone and have a great day!
