I am looking to present a website for our HOA at our next meeting. I would like for residents to know how they can help out if they choose to, to know upcoming meetings, due dates, etc. I need a calendar.

Is there a free website that provides this service? Meetup.com is not free but I am looking for something like that.

If your neighborhood uses this, please send me a link. Thanks.

There are a number of HOA website providers that offer a variety of services. Their pricing structure also varies, from free to $100+. While I believe all of them will meet the minimal requirements you listed, I suggest researching them a bit more in depth to see which features, ease-of-use and price best fit your needs.

Here are some HOA website providers:

Thanks for the links. I only came across the first one, maybe because I was searching for free sites. I went to see some HOA websites using neighborhoodlink.com and was not impressed. It is free so I can't complain.

this is the one my hoa uses. It seems pretty good. Our old one use to have a forum, sort of like this one, where we could post, or vent. This new one doesn't, probably a good idea for them.

Our community has had very good service from a newer HOA Website provider:

www.propertypop.io

Their pricing was very fair for the level of professionalism and appearance our community website received.

Customer support has been very responsive as well.
