Having a baby shower and want to cater for about 40 people. I was thinking the Paella which is always popular. Was also thinking about delicious BBQ. Does anyone know of any companies that come out with their big smoker or grill and BBQ on site for guests ?

I second Scruby's...that stuff's good! It's one of the few things I miss about not living in Broward anymore. I try to go there for food if I'm ever down that way.
