My family and I are relocating from the Caribbean the end of June 2010. Can anyone recommend any 3BR's apartments or town homes in Coral Springs? We would even consider buying one - for a good price of course if anyone has any recommendations.

I used to live in Club Mira Lago off Coral Ridge Drive. Safe quiet area and I loved it there.

I live there now (Club Mira Lago).

Very nice community, however there are some questionable characters running around here (mostly kids).

Everything in the apartment is ancient, A/C, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer which leads to rediculous electric bills. My first FPL bill was $185 and that was only running the A/C at night with the thermostat set at 76 degrees for 8 hours.

Water is metered so you pay the average usuage for the community, which is usually around $37 per month.

AT&T uverse should be out here soon, but otherwise you have to go with Advance Cable.
