I am going to relocate to CC next yrs. I dont have school age kids so schools are not an issue, I am an RN so I think I can find a job. I have a couple of questions; What is the difference in living on a salt water or fresh water canal? Is there a tax for gulf or canal access?

You want to be on a saltwater canal.........fresh water canals don't have access to the gulf.Also far less gator,lizzard and mosquito problems. You should be able to find a gulf access/pool home for 150k to 200k in SE or SW
