Hi to everyone. We arrived 9/13 and after looking at MANY homes, we just signed and purchased a very nice home in the NW. Great neighborhood and neighbors all seem nice. Very happy with the decision was a little grueling. Went into a bid war on 1 house and made offer on another that they were suppose to have paperwork to us yesterday at 5pm tick tock still waiting. So their lose my gain. Going to Rumrunners tomorrow afternoon so you will all know where i'm at lol. Drink in my hand. Had lunch at Paesano's today and LOVED IT thanks for the referral.

Excellent decision. I think NW Cape is the best bang for the buck. If I moved back it is where I would want to go. My MIL is now looking for a house in The Cape. She decided that the house she is renting in the SE is a money pit. I am trying to talk her into the NW section. By the way, we have an aunt and uncle that lives in that area and they love it. They've been there for about 10 years.

Congrats!

Great decision......welcome ! Your only problem now will be deciding what to do each day......."Hmmmm....should I go to Sanibel or maybe Ft Myers Beach today?....or maybe a great flea market or a little fishing".
