My personal experience:
1. About 120 - 140 ( majority is the pool pump)
2 Around 80? I saw the bill briefly. Family of 2 for most of the time - but also had up to 5 people for a week or so a couple of times
3. Don't have. Have heard from Leslie Pool sales guy - had the heater on for 3 days - raised his bill 300 dollars
4. Our pool guy is 65 /mo - no spa
5. Anywhere from 15 per cut to 100/mo
6. Included in your taxes. - I haven't seen / felt the mass "bug" problem. ( Mosquito spraying) We spray the perimeter with bug spray about once a month as a precautionary and haven't bombed the house since June.
7 don't use

Eta: we tend to unplug the water heater during the day and most of the summer we turn it on every few days

Pretty much right on. I will now be squashing my pool heater envy, though.
